Ingredients used in PONGAL ROTTE
• Onions - 2 large.
• Rice flour - as requird to mix large.
• Pongal - left out cup.
• Green chillies , salt - as required large.
Method:
1.In a bowl, add pongal, pinch of salt, chopped green chillies, onions, rice flour and mix it as an dough 2.Sprinkle little water if required only 3.Now take an plastic cover, grease oil on it Take the small part of dough, press it into rotte using our fingers 4.If not place one more cover on it and spread it using chapathi maker stick for ease 5.Now place tawa or dosa pan on flame 6.Place the prepared rotte on it 7.Apply oil, roast it on both sides 8.Serves good using curd or pickles.. 9.Pongal rotte is ready to eat now
