Recipe of Poori Masala

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Wheat Flour 2 Cup
Rava 3 Teaspoons
Salt 1/4 Teaspoons
Cooking Oil To Fry

Directions

Soak rava in little water for 15 minutes.
Knead wheat flour, rava and salt to a fine dough.
Make small balls, pat it on little wheat, and make thin crust
with a rolling pin and deep fry in oil.

Hey thanks, it worked...but m not very much satisfied with the description..the poori swells but bcoms hard aft a while and even the middle layer doesn't get cooked.Please help me out
