1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste optional
5 number green chilli
1 tsp oil
1 cup onion
as needed 0 red chilli powder
pinch pinch turmuric powder

Description : cabbage cooked with channa

Take a pan add oil,cumin seeds,chopped onions,green chilli salt,saute them and then add turmuric powder,gingergarlic paste,cabbage,mix it well then add coriander powder,red chilli powder,coconut powder,bolied channa saute them and close it with a lid and cook till the cabbage is tender.

If required add water for cooking.

Once the cabbage is tender add coriander leave chopped.

Serve with roti or pulkas.
