Description : 

paneer rolls



Take a bowl add egg, maida,cornflour,salt,water make into a thin batter keep a side.

Now another bowl add paneer, oats, salt, spring onions chopped, chilli pwd mix well keep a side

Now  take a non stick pan add little oil and wipe of with tissue papper and pour the egg batter into a thin sheets and just remove immdly from the pan and put on a cornflour dusted surface so that it does dont stick to the surface repeat the same.

Now take one sheet stuff the paneer mixture and roll like spring rolls, repeat the same and deep fry the roll in oil till golden colour.
