Take a pan add oil, grated coconut mix cook till slight colour then switch off the flame and add red chilli pwd,coriander pwd, garamasala, tomatoes, turmuric and make into fine paste.
in another pan add oil, murstared seed, red chillies, sliced coconut, hing, chopped onion, salt, curry leaves, garlic, giner slices mix well and cook for 3-4min then add the coconut masala, green chillies, cook for 2 min then add the boiled chana or black chickpeas and cook for 10-15 min.
once it is done add chopped coriander leaves.
