Cut all the vegetables as u like or shape and wash.
break coconut remove it and add into the blender and green chillis, cumin seeds and blend into a corse paste.
Now in a pan add all the cut vegetables add water, salt and close it with the lid and cook till the vegetables 90%done , once it the middle open the lid and add half of the coconut oil and cook.
once the vegetables are 90% done add the coconut paste cook for 3-4min then add switch off the flame and add curd mix well.
now for tempering add coconut oil in a pan, murstard seeds, hing, curry leaves once it is done add to the avail.
