Coconut chutney is a simple mixture of coconut, garlic, green chillies and spices. This chutney is typically made in Maharashtrian style.
1. Grind together coconut, green chilies, garlic, cumin seeds, salt, sugar and coriander leaves. Blend to a coarse paste.
2. Add lemon juice and serve.
3. This is freshly made and served with vada pav, kanda bhajiya and various other snacks.
