A very nutritious Indian flat bread made with Sorghum and Pearl Millet flour.
1. In a bowl, combine the flours together, add salt and a tsp of oil.
2. Add hot water and knead to soft dough. Knead the dough well and divide into lemon sized balls.
3. Roll out the balls of dough like rotis (as shown in the video) and fry on a tava until done.
4. Serve hot accompanied with any kind of vegetarian or non-vegetarian curry
