cook rice seperately make sure it is fulffyHeat ghee in a pan.Add cumin,mustard ,red chilli whole and saute till the aroma is released. Now add the channnadal,urad dal ,gr chillies,ginger curry leaves cashew nuts, and saute till soft.Then add the coconut grated and sugar.Gently stir
Then add the rice and fry for 2-3 minutes .chech seasoning .Stir well and adjust.Serve hot.
