Recipe of Potato Balls

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Curry Powder 1/4 Teaspoons
Chopped Green Onion 2 Teaspoons
Plain Yogurt 1 Cup
Grated Carrot 1/4 Cup
Ground Black Pepper 1/8 Teaspoons
Sugar 1 Teaspoons
Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoons

Directions

Mash the potatoes and add all the spices.
Put a pan on the gas and put it on low heat and add 2 tbsp. of cooking oil. Stir the ingredients together until you are sure that everything has mixed together well. Then cook for 5 minutes.
Now take it off the gas and let the potatoes mixture cool down for 5-10 minutes.
Then squeeze in the bread and mix it well into the mixture.
With your hands roll the potatoes into balls of whatever size you want.
Heat some cooking oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot put the in the frying pan until golden brown.
Place the cooked potato balls in a presentable dish and serve hot.
