Recipe of Potato Curry - Alu-Tarkari

mustard oil  2 Tablespoons
yogurt  1/2 Cup
garlic  1 Numbers
chillies  2 Numbers
tumeric  1/4 Teaspoons
potatoes (medium sized)  10-12 Numbers
green coriander leaves  
ginger  1 Numbers
salt   To Taste

Directions
Boil potatoes, peel and cut into small pieces. Heat oil and add tumeric, green chillies, garlic, and ginger. Fry for 1 minute. Add yogurt, potatoes and salt. Cover and cook gently for 4-5 minutes. Garnish with green coriander leaves.
