Ingredients used in Potato Fry
• Small round potatoes (sliced) - (2-3) number.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Urad dal - 1 tea spoon.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add urad dal and saute till they turns brown in color.
  • Then add cumin seeds and mustard seeds, when they splutter add sliced potatoes and cook it by stirring occasionally.
  • Season it with turmeric powder, salt (to taste), red chili powder and cook it for about 5 minutes or untill potatoes are tender.

Delicious Potato Fry is now ready to serve.
