Dice onions and mango . Cut drumstick into desired length Clean prawns . Put little oil in a pan and add onions when hot . Stir fry onions adding little salt to it When its 3/4th done , add turmeric powder, mangoes and drumstick and shallow fry. Add water to it and allow it to cook. Meanwhile grind coconut and garam masala together in a blender to a smooth paste. Then add this into the cooked veggies Along with it add prawns and allow it to cook. After it is cooked check for salt. Then take some oil in a tadka pan .Add mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves Add this to the curry and serve hot with rice
note. We can add chilly powder if we want it to be hot.
