Ingredients used in Dry fruit Lassi
• Khoya - 2 tablespoons.
• Curd - 1 cup.
• Cashew nut - 9-10 numbers.
• Almond - 9-10 numbers.
• Chironji - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 2 to taste.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Ice cubes - 1-2 piece.
Method:
  • Dry roast cashew nuts, almonds and chironji on slow flame. Switch off the flame and once they are cool, grind it in fine powder by adding sugar and salt.
  • Blend it again by adding khoya.
  • Now add curd and blend it again.

Take it in a glass, serve chilled with ice and garnish with khoya.
