SWEET KUDUMULU

Ingredients used in SWEET KUDUMULU
• Rice flour - 1 cup.
• Luke warm - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chana dal - 1/2 cup.
• Jaggery(grated) - 3/4 cup.
• Almonds - 1 tablespoon.
• Cashew nuts - 1 tablespoon.
• Cardamom powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Ghee - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Take rice flour and add little luke warm water to make a dough with salt in it.
  • Mash boiled chana dal and add some jaggery, almonds, cashew nuts, cardamom powder, ghee and mix it nicely.
  • Make small dumplings with the rice flour and make small puri’s with hands.
  • Now keep the stuffing mixture one side and seal it by folding and applying water to the edges.
  • Steam it in a steamer for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the lid and serve hot with little ghee on it.
