Pudhina / Mint Rice made really very simple!

|Boiled Rice||1 - 2||Cup|
1. Grind Garlic, Green Chillies, Salt, Tamarind first 2. To the above add raw pudhina / mint leaves and water and grind to a fine paste. 3. Heat a pan, pour oil and splutter mustard seeds. Once done add Hing (optional). 4. Saute the chopped onions until they turn soft. 5. To this add the pudhina paste and saute till it gets hard. (This is when it loses its raw taste). 6. Once done switch off the heat and mix well with boiled rice in the pan. 7. Yummy simple pudhina / mint rice is ready! Note - Alternate would be to add small onions instead of big onions. A good option for left over rice!
