Small Lemon Size Tamarind To Taste
Small Pudina Bunch
Cilantro Small Bunch
Salt To Taste
Turmeric Pinch
Hing A Pinch
Urad DaL 1 Teaspoons
Fenugreek Seeds 1 Teaspoons
Hing A Pinch
Dry Red Chillies According To Taste
Pachhi Mirapakayalu 5-6 Numbers


Peel the cucumber and chop into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan fenugreek seedsnred chillies and hinga pan add urad dal fenugreek seeds red chillies,fry until golden yellow.

Add tamarind pudina cilantro cucumber and grind it to coarshen

add rest of the chopped cucumber.Then add seasoning
