Recipe of Pudina Rice

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Salt To Taste
Oil To Fry
Dalchin 1(small) Piece
Cloves 3 Numbers
Green Chilli 3 Numbers
Chopped Ginger 1 Tablespoons
Curry Leaves 1/2 Cup
Coriander Leaves 1/2 Cup
Pudina Leaves 1 Cup
Cooked Rice 1 bowl Numbers
Onions(finely Chopped) 1 Cup


Grind all the ingredients (except Salt, oil and rice) Fry them along with the onions in oil in a pan Add the rice and salt and heat it Mix well and serve it hot along with a raitha or manchuria or gravy......

The pudina rice might taste a little spicier if some fresh ground pepper is added finally. It tastes really great and relieving when we have a heavy cold with sore throat.
I tried and my husband loved it.
