Pour oil on hot pan add rai and jeera add curry leaves add onion and cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame add ginger garlic paste add small pieces of potato and cook it now add all spices and salt as per taste add butter milk and make it bit warm then add tomato add mamara after a minute and mix it Garnish with fresh chopped coriander and serve it
It is like gujarati khichadi but the tastes is like cooked bhel but it calls khichadi ! you can add frozen piece or corn too.
