Recipe of PUFFED RICE LADOO

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Kurmura (puffed Rice) 100 Grams
Jaggery 200 Grams
Vanaspati Or Ghee 30 Grams

Directions

  • Make syrup of one- string consistency, with jaggery and one cup of water.
  • Remove from fire.
  • Mix in kurmura and fat.
  • Form into lime-sized balls.

For 200 grams(say 2 cups) of jaggery, do we need to add equal amount of water(2 cups)
