1. sieve flour. mix oil. add water and salt prepare a mediem stiff dough. knead well. set aside for at least half an hour.
2.knead dough agin till soft. 3. divide into even sized balls. 4. roll out to 0.2cm. 1/16 Thickness and 5-10cm. 3-4 in diameter 5. fry puris gently pressing down with a flat spoon in a cricular motion. 6. When puffed up turn over. lightly brown on both sides. 7. drain on absorbent pepper and serve hot
