Query Description Hello Sanjay, I am a great fan of your your cooking tips and ofcourse recipes too. I have been doing research on how to make chocolate at home. I tried various recipes like, cocoa pwdr+milk pwdr+shortning+icicng sugar. but the batter/mixture turns very grainy. Is it coz of the milk powder. chocolate which I make is not as smooth as we get from the store. Any reason why it happens? Thanks Joice
