Atta 50 Grams
Ragi Flour 30 Grams
Hot Water 60 ml
Oil 2 Teaspoons
Salt 1 Pinch

Directions

Mix salt and flour. add hot water gradually and knead for 5 minuties. prepare asoft dough and divide into balls roll out into thin chapaties and put on a hot griddle smear with alittel fat for oil and spread it evenly cook on the bouth sides.
