Recipe of ragi puttu

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Water 2 Cup
Milk 1 Cup
Ragi Powdered 4 Teaspoons
Salt 2 Pinch
Sugar 4 Teaspoons
Melted Ghee 3 Teaspoons


pour water and milk into a vessel. add salt and ragi powder. stir well and keep on fire. Go on stirring till it starts boiling. then add sugar and stir agian till the sugar  dissolves completely. add ghee stir agian and remove from fire.

chill and serve. it is very nutritious.
