Recipe of Ragi Sangati with Goduma rava(Healthy Receipe)
|Wheat Sooji Or Goduma Rava(fine)||2||Cup|
|Ragi Flour Or Ragi Pindi||1 and 1/2||Cup|
1.First take water in a pan and boil it.. 2.After water starts boiling,add Godumarava and keep on mixing it in medium flame. 3.Close it with a lid until it cooks. 4.After its cooked add ragi flour to it and mix it so that both sooji and ragi flour mixes well. 5.Close it for 5 - 10 min and switch off the stove. 6.Ragi sangati with Goduma rava is ready to serve and very good to health. 7.Can serve with any curry.But ground nut chutney will be a good choice. 8.Can prepare same receipe with rice and normal sooji too.
Ragi sangati is a very healthy food and tasty too.Its originated in Rayalaseema. Anyone can have this as an alternative to rice.Can have this with curd or buttermilk too.
