Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Black Peppers To Taste
Salt ( To Taste
Paprika 1/2 Teaspoons
Ground Cumin (Pisa Zeera) 1 Teaspoons
Garlic (Lasan) (crushed) 4 Clove
Tomato (seeded & Chopped 1 Numbers
Cucumbers 3 Numbers
Sour Cream 1 Cup
Plain Yogurt 1 Cup
A Few Fresh Cilantro/Coriander Leaves (Hara Dhania To Taste


1) In a salad bowl, whisk together the yogurt, sour cream, cumin, paprika and garlic.

2) Add cucumbers and tomatoes; toss and chill before serving.

3) For a thinner raita, add a little bit of water. And optionally garnish with cilantro/coriander leaves.
