Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
RED PEPPER 1/2 To Taste
CORIANDER SEEDS 1/2 Tablespoons
ZIRA 1/2 Tablespoons
SALT PINCH Pinch
ONIONS 1 Large
POTATO 2 Large

Directions

FRY ONE MED. CHOPPED ONIONS, ZIRA SEEDS, 1/2 TSP. CORIANDER SEEDS, CORIANDER POWDER, 1/2 TSP. GARAM MASALA AND METHI. DROPP ALL WITH CHOPPED POTATOES UNTIL 90% DONE. BRING RAVIOLI TO BOIL OR UNITL ELDENTE ( SOFT). AFTER POTATOS DONE, PUT EVERYTHING IN THE FRYING PAN UNTIL THE RAVIOLI IS BROWNED. THIS IS THE MOST AUTHENTIC TASTE I HAVE EVER DISCOVERED.
