Directions | How to make Seena With Raisins Curry
 

Take a blender Add rasins,red chillis, onions,vinegar blend it till a fine paste.

Take a presure cooker, oil, garama masala, cumin seeds, onion  mix well add salt, ginger garlic paste, add the blended paste cook for 2 min then add seena mutton,corinader powder, cumin powder, coconut powder mix well if required add water and close it with a lid cook till mutton is tender.

Onces the mutton remove the lid and cook till water evaporates then garama masala powder, chopped coriander.

Comments: Heyllo Sir !!! I m very very big fan of urs and I must say nobody can stand in front of you, even Mr. Sanjeev Kapoor is "Zero" in front of u n I challenge :) Sir, I hv one query - as per my knowledge "dri red chilly" comes in two types. one for color the red effect n another for spice, so which one u use in "seena with Raisins curry n Lamb Vindaloo" I m totally confused.
