Comments: Dear Sanjay, Your videos and website is simply Fantastic! I have recommended to a lot of my family and friends to see it and also to contribute (or at least to click on some advertisement that you put up so that you get some benefit). A comment on your recent videos - there is a change in some of your style - which takes us away from your original fabulous and unique style. What is most appreciable in your show is that you cook exactly like how we can relate to at home. So using your hand, sprinkling salt or spice or things like that is so normal. In the Nankhatai show, you measured everything in separate containers and that too by weight - it was most dissappointing! I look forward to your measurements as you mention by what is most accessable to us - cup, spoon etc - not by grams. Now I have No Idea of what is 100 grams or 75 grams........ There was another show where I noticed a change, but thought it was temporary and just by chance - so did not bother to write. But this time I decided to write to you - please stick to your old style. Please do not become like Tarla Dalal or other 'famous' unreachable people - they do not enter our kitchens like you do. There are times that I put on my computer and just 'follow' you in my kitchen. I have actully started enjoying cooking with your shows. But last couple of times I postponed opening your video.... I hope you revert back. And yes - when you have the time, please write the recipe of nankhatai in our plain simple language of cups and spoons... Warm regards and best wishes, Sonika
