CABBAGE CAPSICUM STIR FRIED RICE

Ingredients used in CABBAGE CAPSICUM STIR FRIED RICE
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Red chillies - 2 numbers.
• Onions(big pieces) - 1 cup.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cabbage(chopped) - 1 cup.
• Bell pepper - 1 cup.
• Rice(cooked) - 1-2 cup.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, red chillies, onions, ginger garlic paste, little salt and saute it.
  • Add cabbage and cook it for 2 minutes with lid on it.
  • Remove the lid and add bell pepper, red chili powder, rice and mix it once.
  • Cook it for 3 minutes on slow flame with lid on it.

Now the cabbage capsium stir fried rice is ready to serve.
