Eggless Nan Khatai Cookies

Ingredients used in Eggless Nan Khatai Cookies
• All purpose flour - 180 grams.
• Curd - 50 grams.
• Sugar powder - 80 grams.
• Butter - 100 grams.
• Vanilla extracts - 3 drops.
• Pistachio slices - 10 grams.
Method:
  • In a bowl add butter in a pan and cream it.
  • In this add sugar powder, mix it well add curd, mix this and add all purpose flour, vanilla extract, mix this like a dough.
  • Divide the dough into equal portions.
  • Make them into the round smooth balls are bullet shapes with no cracks, lightly press some pistachio on top of each ball.
  • Bake them into 180-degree centigrade for 15 to 18 minutes.
  • when you see that bottoms begin to brown lightly, remove from the oven and let it cool down, transfer to a plate.

just google: ml to cups etc. Baking is very precise so using a scale is in most cases required as filling a cup might give different weights.
