Ingredients used in MIX VEG YOGURT SANDWICH
• Hung curd - 1 tablespoon.
• Green peas (boiled & chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Carrot (boiled & chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Capsicum(finely chopped ) - 1 tablespoon.
• Small potato (par-boiled) - 1 number.
• Green chillies (finely chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Lime juice - 2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Bread slice - 2 numbers.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
• Mint chutney - 2 teaspoons.
Method:
  • Take hung curd in a bowl and mix it nicely.
  • Now add boiled green peas, boiled carrot, finely chopped capsicum, par-boiled potato, green chilies, lime juice, salt and mix it.
  • Take a bread slice and apply butter to it, then mint chutney.
  • Now add the curd stuffing, then apply mint chutney to another bread slice.
  • Add this bread slice to the stuffing and press it nicely. Cut into the half before serving.

Note: To prepare hung yogurt, put yogurt in a muslin cloth and hang it overnight to remove water content from yogurt.
