Ingredients used in Paneer Do Pyaza (dry)
• Paneer - 250 grams.
• Spring onions - 2 bunch.
• Onions - 1 number.
• Corn flour - 1 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Chili powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1-½ tea spoon.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Amchoor powder - ½ tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander chopped - 1/4 bunch.
• Bell pepper (each) - 1 number.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • In a bowl add corn flour, all-purpose flour, chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, mix this with water and coat the paneer with this mixture.
  • Heat oil in a pan add paneer cook this till golden in color, transfer the paneer into another plate.
  • In the same pan add butter, when butter is melted add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, amchur powder, red chili powder, pepper powder, salt, coriander chopped, onion slices, bell pepper (green and yellow), spring onions, toss it and add tomato ketchup, add paneer, mix it well, then switch off the flame.

Serve hot hot.
