Ingredients used in Prawn Fried Rice
• Shrimp (deshelled and deveined) - 1 cup.
• Oil - 5-6 tablespoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Rice (cooked) - 2 cups.
• Garam masala powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Lime juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add shrimps, little turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and saute it. Later transfer to a plate.
  • In the same pan, add chopped onions and saute it with little salt till onions are slightly transparent.
  • Now, add ginger garlic paste to the same pan and cook till its raw flavor is gone.
  • Then season it with turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and saute it.
  • Add cooked rice, fried shrimp to the above pan and saute it.
  • In it, add garam masala powder, switch off the flame.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves, curry leaves, lime juice and saute it.

Now the prawn fried rice is ready to serve.
