STEAMED VEG PEARL BALLS WITH DIPPING SAUCE

Ingredients used in STEAMED VEG PEARL BALLS WITH DIPPING SAUCE
• Cabbage(finely chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Carrots(finely chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• French beans(finely chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Sweet corn - 1/4 cup.
• Potato(boiled) - 2 numbers.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Black pepper - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Corn flour - 1-2 teaspoons.
• Garlic(finely chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Ginger(finely chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Cottage cheese(grated) - 1/4 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Basmati rice - 1/2 cup.
• Red chillies - 2 numbers.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Vinegar - 1 tablespoon.
• Sugar - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • In a bowl add cabbage, carrots, french beans, sweet corn, mashed potato, soya sauce, black pepper, corn flour, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, cottage cheese, salt and mix nicely.
  • Take small dumpling and make round balls and coat it first with corn flour later with soaked basmati rice.
  • Place in steamer and steam for 12-15 minutes and transfer into a serving plate.
  • For dipping sauce: Chop red chillies and transfer into a bowl.
  • To it add soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and mix nicely transfer into a serving bowl.

Now steamed veg pearl balls with dipping sauce is ready to serve.
