Recipe of Rice Flakes Laddu
|Rice Flakes (Aval)||1||Cup|
Fry rice flakes in a pan till crisp. Remove from fire, keep it aside and allow to cool. Grind it with sugar and coconut. Do not add water. Transfer this to a vessel and add cardamom powder. Mix well.Cut the cashew nuts into small pieces. Heat ghee in a pan and add the cashew nuts. Sauté it and add the prepared rice flake powder in it. Mix it well and remove from fire. Shape into laddus (small balls).
