Recipe of Rice Halwa
|Cucumber (skin Peeled Off)||1/2||Numbers|
|Rice (soaked For 10 -15 Minutes)||2||Cup|
1. Soak the rice for about 10 - 15 minutes. 2. Drain the water. 3. Pell of the skin of the 1/2 cucumber. 4. Cut the cucumber into small pieces. 5. Add 1 cup of jaggery. 6. Put the rice, cucumber and jaggery into the blender. 7. Blend for about 5 minutes. 8. Taste the batter (if it is sweet that means its ready). 9. Apply little bit of oil to the vessel. 10. Steam it for 20 mins. 11. Serve it hot, cold or warm. 12. Eat it. 13. Vah reh vah!
