Ingredients used in roasted chicken
• Food color - 2 pinch.
• Safed mirch - 12 teaspoons.
• Red chilli pwd - 12 teaspoons.
• Dhania pwder - 12 teaspoons.
• Garam masala - 12 teaspoons.
• Bhuna jeera powder - 12 teaspoons.
• Cream - 4 tablespoons.
• Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons.
• Vinegar - 2 tablespoons.
• Chicken - 850-950 grams.
• Ginger garlic grennchilli paste - 4 tablespoons.
• Chat masala - 1 tablespoons.
• Saltt - acording taste .
Method:
1.Wash the chicken and make the cuts all over it. 2.Mix all the above Ingredients. 3Marinate the chicken and put in refferigrator for 4-6 hrs. 4.Then put it on the grill in micro and micro in combi 2 mode 19 minutes one side then turn it again on combi 2 mode for more 19 minutes after that 38 minutes u will ve mouth watering so soft delicious roasted tandoori and micro chicken.
