first take one bowl in that add saguubiyyam,sooji,rice rava,curd add all these all together and soak overnight.nextday morning we have to use that batter.now put one kadai on stove add oil after oil get heat add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,urad dal,chana dal,onions(cut in to small pieces) and fry for 1 min after dat add curry leavesand mix it.cut off the stove and we will add this mixture in to batter and mix it and add some baking soda and corriander leaves then mix well.if batter is hard mix some water to it.now take idly stand apply oil and put batter on it.take some water in vessel and put stand cover the lid and put on stove for 20 mins.after dat we wil remove the idly and serve hot with coconut chutney or garlic and redchilli powder
