put kadai on the stove.add 1tbsp of oil. put onion fry till it become transparent. add salt. add tomato. add all the masala. saute it well. add the veg.saute till the veg get cooked. keep it aside.allow it to cool for 15 mins. 1.apply oil on the idly making plate. 2.pour 1 tbsp of batter. 3.on the top of the batter add 1 tbsp of cooked veg. 4.again on the top of it put 1tbsp of batter.(make sure it covered all the veg n make over flowing). 5.steam it till the idlies get cooked. 6.allow it to cool for 5 mins then remove from the plate.(store it in hot box).
