Boiled Potato 1/2 Cup
Coriander Leaves (Dhania Patta) Chutney 3 Tablespoons
Tamarind (Imli) Chutney 3 Tablespoons
Curd (Dahi) 1/2 Cup
Chopped Onion 1/2 Cup
Fine Sev 1 Cup
Flat Puris (crisp) 10 Numbers
Chaat Masala 1 Tablespoons
Red Chili Powder 1/2 Tablespoons
Cumin Powder 1/2 Tablespoons

Directions

How to make sev puri: 1)Arrange the puris on a plate make a hole in each puri in the centre. 2)Fill with a few chopped boiled potato cubes. 3)Add about 1/4 tsp of tamarind and green chutneys in each. 4)Sprinkle cumin powder, salt, red chilli powder. 5)Sprinkle finely chopped onions. 6)Then generously sprinkle sev all over the puris. 7)Garnish with finely chopped coriander. 8)Serve fresh
