Recipe of Shrimp fry

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Chilli Powder 1/2 Tablespoons
Turmeric 1 Pinch
Corainder Powder 1/4 Tablespoons
Fresh Coconut Paste 2 Tablespoons
Onion Paste 1 Tablespoons
Shrimp 2 Cup
Salt 1/2 Tablespoons
Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 Tablespoons
Oil 2 Tablespoons


1. clean the Shrimp well. 2. Add little salt and turmeric to prawns. 3. Boil the Shrimp till water in prawns totally evaporates. 4. Once the Shrimp get cooled, marinate it with chilli pdr, coriander pdr ginger garlic paste, coconut paste and onion paste. keep it aside for 10 mins. 5. Now fry the Shrimp in oil till totally done. Adjust salt and chilli pdr to taste.


Shrimp fry is a south indian delicacy. It can be served as appetizer or serve with rice or roti.
