1.cut beans brinjals peeled potatoes radish and bitter gourd into long pieces and fry separately. 2.cut drumsticks into long pieces and shell peas. 3.grind ginger mustard seeds and turmeric to a smooth paste. 4.heat fat fry dry mixed spices and curry leaves.add vegetables and fry a little. 5.add ground spices salt sugar and enough water to cook the vegetables.cover and simmer till vegetables are tender. 6.add milk and cook till the gravy becomes thick.
