FINELY MINCED GARLIC 1 Teaspoons
FINELY MINCED GINGER 3 Teaspoons
MEDIUM TOMATO,PEELED AND DICED 2 Numbers
MEDIUM ONION FINELY DICED 2 Numbers
CORIANDER POWDER 2 Tablespoons
CARDAMOM POWDER 1 Teaspoons
SALT To Taste
YOGURT 1/2 Cup
CORIANDER LEAVES FINELY CHOPPED
GARAM MASALA POWDER 1 Teaspoons
OIL 3 Tablespoons

Directions

HEAT THE OIL IN A THICK BOTTOMED PAN,ADD THE WHOLE SPICES I.E,CLOVES,CARDAMOM,BAY LEAF,CINNAMON.ONCE AROMA STARTS ADD THE ONION PUT FLAME TO LOW/MEDIUM AND COOK UNTIL TRANSPARENT,MAKE SURE YOU DON'T BROWN THE ONIONS..ADD THE GINGER AND GARLIC AND STIR AND COOK FOR ANOTHER COUPLE OF MINUTES,ADD GREEN CHILLI AND THEN FOLLOW WITH TOMATO.ADD YELLOW POWDER AND COOK FOR 2 MORE MINUTES.ADD CHICKEN PIECES AND COAT WELL.ADD CORIANDER POWDER,CARDAMOM POWDER AND SALT TO TASTE.ADD 2 CUPS OF WATER.COOK FOR 30 MINUTES.ADD YOGURT AND GARAM MASALA POWDER.COOK FOR 10 MINUTES ON LOW FLAME.ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER AND STIR.LET SIT FOR 10 MINUTES AND SERVE WITH WHITE BASMATI RICE.
