Directions | How to make Sona Patti
Take Heavy whipping cream in a pan or kadai and boil it in a low flame and add sugar to taste and mix well until ghee separates(ghee is formed from the cream) from the cream and comes to light brown color paste.Now take the mixture into desired container and cut into pieces.
