Ingredients used in SOOJI PAN CAKES
• Semolina - half cup.
• Yogurt(sour curd) - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Carrot(chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• French beans(chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Onions(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chillies - 1-2 numbers.
• Pepper powder - 2 pinch.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add semolina, yogurt, salt, little water and mix nicely.
  • Take another bowl and add carrot, french beans, onions, green chillies, salt, pepper powder and mix it thoroughly.
  • Sprinkle little oil on tawa and pour a ladleful of batter on it.
  • We need to make small small pancakes and add the vegetables topping on that.
  • Slow down the gas flame and add little oil.
  • Flip the other side also to cook.
  • Once they are cooked both the sides take them in a plate.

Serve hot with mango pickle.
