Recipe of Southern Fried chicken strips

Ginger And Garlic Powder 1 Teaspoons
Red Chilly Powder 1 Teaspoons
Pepper Powder 1 Teaspoons
Salt To Taste
Butter Milk 1-2 Cup
Chicken Breast Strips 8 Slice
Milk 5 Tablespoons
All Purpose Flour 2 Cup
Oil To Fry
Eggs 2 Numbers

Directions

Marinate : Marinating is the very important and very essential part of this recipe. In a bowl add butter milk, pepper powder, chilly powder, salt, Ginger and garlic powder. To his mixture add Chicken breast strips. Place the marinated chicken closed in the fridge The chicken has to be marinated for latest 6hrs. Not less than that. It may be extended for even one whole day. The more it marinates the more the chicken becomes juicy and tasty. After 6+ hrs: Break an egg in a bowl, beat the egg and add bit of milk into it and beat again. In another large plate spread the - all purpose flour, add chilly powder,salt, Ginger and garlic powder into it. Preparation to Frying : Take one piece of marinated chicken strip and dip it into the egg mixture and then dip into the flour. coat the strip and place it in a plate. Follow this procedure one by one with all the strips. Frying: After this done pour oil in a frying pan. Once the oil is heated drop the coated chicken strip one by one into the oil. Allow it to turn brown and crispy and remove it from the oil. Place the fried chicken strips on the tissue to observe excess oil. Serve it with any dippers / potato fries.
