1.In a large pan, heat 3 tabelspoons of oil add the onions, chillies and saute for 5 minutes. Now add the chopped tomatoes and saute for another 5 minutes. 2.Add the baked beans and corn. Cook for 5 minutes, or till the mixtuer dries up a little bit. Add the tomato sauce, chilli powder ans salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes. 3.Add the coriander and parsely, saute for 2 minutes. then add the cornflour mixed with 4 tabelspoons of water to the saucepan and cook for 2 minutes, till the mixtuer becomes little thick. 4.Take off the fire, dash in the tabasco sauce and then keep aside. 5.Now separately heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the flour tortillas, one by one, over high heat till crisp.keep aside.
