1. Boil, peel and mash potatoes. 2. mix thoroughly with sieved flour, cumin, garam Masala, chopped onion, coriander and salt. 3. add fat and mix well to from a dough adding a little water if necessary. 4. divide the dough into small balls and roll thjem, out like ordianry puris put about 0.75 cm (1/4'') thick. 5. Heat fat. when smoking hot, deep fry the puris until golden brown on both sides 6. Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
