boil potatoes. cut onions chillies into pieces and fry till golden brown. cut boiled potatoes into medium cubes and add to fried onions. when they are fried a little bit then add salt and turmeic, then add chilli powder. when this is going on grind few pieces of garlic,coriander powder,cumin powder and spinkle on potatoes. finally add coriander leaves and spicy potato curry is ready.
